Has anyone tried the ashwanghanda single herb supplement as well and could tell me which one worked better for them?

I tried both and like both of them. I feel the ashwagandha is better used for lighter days, whereas the Stresscare is better for higher stress days. Since Ashwagandha is less expensive I find that combining both, offsets the cost. I also tried Geriforte, by Hymalaya, and works really well for higher stress days, and seems to kick in a bit faster than Stresscare.  Overall, I'm pleased to have found all three.  Stresscare is geared towards adrenal support, whereas the other two seem to have a calming effect which hopefully prevents exhaustion of the adrenals.

Does it or any of its ingredients come from China?

No this company does not use any products from China. I consulted with my wholistic doctor regarding this brand and all ingredients used are organic even the pill "casing"

Question 3

My bottle of stress care from himalaya has 560mg of the proprietary ingredients but the only bottles i can find now list 444 mg. does anyone know why?

Himalaya’s StressCare formula hasn’t changed. The ingredients and potency are exactly the same. We recently made some necessary changes to the order and classification of the ingredients listed to keep StressCare current with regulatory labeling requirements.

For example, we’re now required to call out each herb’s powder components and its extract components separately and list them on the label twice.
Additionally, making this differentiation meant that some of the herbs previously listed under the “Proprietary Herbal Blend” section were required to move into the “Chyavanprash Concentrate” section, making the milligram breakdowns on the two sections look different as well.

Old StressCare Label
Proprietary Herbal Blend: 560 mg
Chyavanprash Concentrate: 160 mg
560 mg + 160 mg = 720 mg 
 
New StressCare Label
Proprietary Herbal Blend: 444 mg
Chyavanprash Concentrate: 276 mg
444 mg + 276 mg = 720 mg

Himalaya, What is meant exactly by “supporting” cortisol levels, please?
