Personality Plus Paperback – 30 Aug. 2008

I have read it more than once. Each time, i learn something new. A Choleric with some flare of melancholy & sanguine. It’s helped me know better how to navigate a lot of scenarios and though I’m work in progress, I am made better from reading and learning about others.

Fantastic - really helped me to understand myself and the other members of my family (we have 4 personalities which reflect each corner of the quadrant - no wonder we have such a crazy family: my eldest daughter (no 1) and I are sanguine; my wife is melancholic; my second daughter (no 2) and youngest son (no 4) are choleric; my oldest son (no 3) is phlegmatic. Oh yeh - I'm so glad they are now adults and have finally all left home!

The book came quickly, was in perfectly reasonably condition, very good value for money and it is A GREAT BOOK! I recommend this literally to every single person, I can't think of anyone that it help in daily life and interacting with people. I have tended to either accept or chafe when people don't think or act like I do or would, but now I know WHY they act like that - it makes such a difference....go read it!

It's a great book if you want to learn why some people don't always understand your point of view and to be able to better get along with everyone by understanding both yours and there personality type. It's also great if you are interested in self development to understand the things you may need some work on

A must read!!! Such a great book, makes you realize its not its not just you who is Crazy! Recommended to so many people already.

Nice to learn from this book. Lots of insights.

I managed to put up with all the bible citations throughout the book, but the last chapter really threw me off. On top of that, I thought this book was based on science but there are no references to studies, just a collection of anecdotes that happened to the author in her personal/professional life. Some of these are so perfectly fitting to the point being made, that I wonder if they are real at all. The author warns us that Popular Sanguines (her temperament, as she explains) have a tendency to embellish things. I suspect that happened throughout the book.

Know yourself so that you can understand the world easily

Fantastic in every way. So, so, so, good. Christian author too. Gosh this book will really help to understand "everyone" in your family, at work and life. Such a HUGE help ! Since buying this book I've also bought all of Florence Littauer's other books plus I've bought multiple copies of THIS book to lend to others, who don't understand their children, spouses, bosses or even themselves. Once you buy it - hang on to it. Pass it on to your grown kids. Invaluable resource . A real keeper
