I have tried some off-brand versions of these nasal pillows and these are absolutely superior. They hold their shape better, meaning more comfort and less leaking. I wish they weren't so expensive but it's worth the money for a better night's sleep.

Unfortunately, I have been on a C-pap for several years, so I've bought many of these. This is a great quality but seems to be tighter than the other smalls. My nose is very sore using it, but maybe it will be one more comfortable in time.

small was still too big for me though the price was MUCH better than buying from Ochsner Medical Supply who always sneaks something I don't want or need in the order and won't let me return it. CPAP is a royal pain and I finally gave up on it because the mask leaked or was so big I couldn't sleep with it on.

caveat emptor. buyer beware. I ordered this in hopes of replacing my current nasal pillow cushion. When I tried to install it, I noticed it had 2 prongs on it along the bottom whereas my current one had no prongs. I use the Resmed Airfit P10 but this pillow did not work. Useless junk to me.
