You do need this for you lithium fishfinder battery
It works really well helps keep my lithium battery charged and healthy charges it way faster than my led acid battery charger that came with my hummingbird helix 5

Works well. The clips for the charging cable and the charging cables themselves are a little underwhelming. Not sure about long term durability. It does the job though and the entire unit is small enough that it fits into my small radio bag without adding any serious bulk.

Great value for for an inexpensive LiFePo charger. Just wish it had slightly better battery clips.

Max 1.75 Amp nominal (momentary peak 1.8A)
After seeing the 22 gauge battery leads, I didn't have a lot of hope for this charger. 2-amps @ 12-volt with 3% voltage drop dictates minimum 18 gauge wire for the length. You want 3% or less voltage drop for anything where voltage measurements are critical, like battery charging. Through the first two charge cycles, the charger's max output is only 1.75 amps. Charger is rated at 2 amps. That's only 87% of its rated output. Peak voltage at end of charge was 14.55 so that's actually ok. I contacted ExpertPower and they said it's within tolerance and added "loose/tight connections, battery terminal condition, and measurement tools, etc." causing lower current readings. Btw, it's a brand new battery and charger. I'm measuring with Fluke meters along with a Xantrex Link 10 that I have found to be very accurate and support each others measurements. I don't like paying for less than described so I'm returning this one. Decided to order a 5-amp charger from a well known manufacturer from the Netherlands (hint, everything they make is blue) for a little more money. I've owned and installed professionally, many of their solar chargers, AC chargers, and an inverters for my larger home system and marine installations, and they have been rock solid.

Ils ne doivent pas avoir peur de l acheter ,avec ma batterie au lithium et le chargeur c est 3 jours de pêche avec cette batterie pour mon sonar. Les 2 combinés ,je donne 10/10
