Très bon produit lame Damas il me semble reconnaître le couteau du célèbre cuisinier aveyronnais Cyril Lignac sans la griffe mais de ce fait moins cher.

他の包丁に比べるととにかく薄い！刃物の角度が凄く鋭角！中に仕込まれてる鋼自体は粘りがあるのに、比較的に長く使える！切れ味の瞬発力は最高です。レビューで1つ星を着けてる人の中には「すぐに切れなくなる」「切れ味が持続しない」なんて書いてあるのを見ましたが、そもそも刃物なんで手入れは必ず必要です。包丁を研げる人なら長く使える良い品物だと思います。

軽くて見た目も良く、気にいってます。野菜、果物には最高です。
