Replacement Remote Control for Pure EVOKE-3

I bought this as a replacement for the original Pure Evoke-3 remote, which after 10 years was totally dead. I took a chance even though the remote looked nothing like the original. My hopes weren't high, but I stuck the batteries in and was pleasantly surprised to find that it it worked instantly. Even though some of the labels on the buttons didn't quite match, all the functions of the original were there, and it works perfectly. I thought I was going to have to use the buttons on the radio itself for ever more, but this remote means I don't have to get that close to it.Great Product. Thanks!

Just what I needed. I use my Pure radio every day and had got through two prior remotes. This seems to have all the functionality and the price is reasonable. My only criticism is that the square matrix layout of the buttons might make operation in the dark or for a person with limit sight somewhat difficult. In my case, I was able to solve this problem by filing small tactile notches in the edge of the plastic case adjacent to the key buttons I need to find.

I’ve had the Pure Evoke-3 since it first came out. Unfortunately the original remote broke and they no longer make them. I decided to try this as a replacement and was pleasantly surprised to find that it works perfectly with no problems. Just put the batteries in and it is ready to use. It does everything the original remote does with no issues ( i will have to get used to the buttons being in a different position but this won’t take long). A very good price and very prompt delivery

Considering that my radio is 20 years old I am extremely pleased with this replacement remote control.

Programming and playing back recordings on Evoke 3s

Although this is a Simple rectangular shape, unlike the original remote, it performs all the same functions.The key positions taken a little getting used to, however the functionality is exactly right. Having used it for a few weeks now I find it easy and intuitive, helping to bring back in to use my Pure Evoke 3 which is now about 15 years old, though still sounds good.
