Exactly what I was looking for!
This works perfectly for my need. I have mounted it on the tiller upright on a Rascal 3 wheel scooter. It holds my coffee cup (Styrofoam one) and folds up so I can stow the scooter in the back of my Hyundai Kona. I also like that you can adjust the upper ring for larger or smaller cups.

It's okay
I had a cup holer on what I call a "walker" that I push to walk (as my balance isn't great like it use to be). It was to hang from one of the pipes of the "walker" but it tillted so bad that the jug, with water slopt over into the bottom & dribbled water on the floor. I finally tossed it.And orderd this one. It's plastic with the top part of it can be moved higher or lower for tall jugs & small cans of sodas or glasses which is nice to have liquids near. The holder is a bit shackey (= not solid) & it tends to tip a bit bcuz of the "walker's pipes direction (not vertically, nor horizonly& goes "/" & "\") & tilts just a little bit.A friend helping used long, black, plastic, "wire" strips (has ends to lock the other end & cut off the excess) on the holder to make it more vertical. Thus it helps it stay solid better.

Walker cup holder for a rollator
It wouldn't tighten up to hold my glass

Save your money.
Through it away. Can’t get rubber strap tight enough to hold drink in place. Flimsy piece garbage.

Workable for Wheelchairs
I have an odd wheelchair: small 14x14" frame from Japan, French racing wheels. Been looking for a cup holder for a long time. This one works. It stays within the overall footprint of my chair. I haven't yet run it into anything. I have some concerns, 'though. The watchband-like strap was really hard to attach to my chair's 1" dia. tube and will likely break like watchbands do. The angle adjuster has discrete stops. If it were continuous I could adjust the holder to be upright, not at a slight angle (I don't have a true vertical or horizontal tube to attach it to). So a mug of tea can't be full nor a glass of wine. The holder will accommodate my tall water bottle, but you can see from the photo that it is quite large on a standard soda can. There are 2 stops for the upper ring: tall & short. Tall is almost too tall for the soda can. It would be better if the upper ring were continuously adjustable. Best feature - made in USA.Addendum January 2022: This cup holder has been in use on my wheelchair for almost a year and is still going strong. The strap shows no sign of breaking. It's gets folded/unfolded several time a day. I have run it into things. A friend was so impressed he bought 2 for his boat. I may do likewise. 2 more stars.

Gets worse over time
This cup holder seemed quite nice at first, but got worst over time. The strap securing the cup holder to my wheelchair stretched and got loose fairly quickly. The cup holder no longer stays put. There is no fine adjustment to tighten it, like there would be with a screw attachment. The cup holder now flops around and gets caught in doors. The upper hoop doesn't stay up either. It is now difficult to slip my mug into the holder.I use one of those large tumblers for my coffee. At least this holder doesn't flip over and spill my coffee like other cup holders have.

Easy assembly, folds flat, fits the weird angle of my rollator!
This works perfectly on my rollator! I like that it folds down flat when I need to fold it up to put it in the car. We were just traveling inColorado and I really needed to continuously drink water with the dry heat and altitude. It fits your average water bottle easily but I technically squeezed a Nalgene in there without an issue. I don’t know if that would stretch the plastic out and break it in the long run so I probably won’t do that often. I also got an iced tea at one point and was able to shorten the height so that it didn’t knock the lid off. I could see this working really well for strollers and wheelchairs. I’ll probably order a second for my senior dog’s stroller. It was so simple to attach and never fell off even with full drinks.

Not great
I was hoping to attach this to Mum's walker/wheelchair but trying to get her travel mug into it is too hard. It might fit a narrow cup but certainly not all sizes.

Easy to install. Fit on irregular shaped mount. Hold a wide range of cuo sizes.
These holders fit on a wide variety of sites. The no tool install is nice, but it takes a hefty pullto lock in place. My first order worked somwell, Iordered more.
