Well it is sturdy and well made and packaged, screws all labelled nicely in bags, which made life easier.But an absolute nightmare to put together. The bottom 2 racks would not go in, so had to unscrew top section on one side, so I could move the side piece slightly out more so the racks would actually fit in, but even then it was with a huge amount of pulling and pushing them into place. And unfortunately that scratched it. But it would not go in easy.This simple put together, which it should have been took an hour and a half, due to the problems with the racks.It is a shame as it is beautiful (bar the scratches caused by building it.) but I would not buy from this brand again due to how much of a pain it was to put together and I have put together a lot of flat pack furniture in my time.

This is a really good looking item, very well made of solid and attractive materials, so much so that it almost seems a shame to use it for the main purpose of storing shoes! The instructions were spot on, easy to follow, all packaged together in a helpful way, and assembly was very straightforward. I would have liked to have given this item five stars, however I have marked it down a star because the otherwise very attractive top shelf arrived with a reasonably deep and therefore noticeable scratch on it, about one inch long - not enough to warrant all the hassle that would have been involved in a return, but a bit disappointing, especially given the overall quality.

Good quality item and reasonable delivery however no next day delivery Item arrived package in good condition and item inside was well packed and protected. Items inside all labeled for ease screws in separate bags labeled up also included a separate bag with spare screws .Also included is an allen key for tightening all the screws up no other tools are needed so no having to root around for screwdriver and the like which is a bonus everything need is supplied instructions a ample to put the rack together and its that simple to do most people will only need a quick glance .Simple to put together for one person took me about 5 to 10 minutes all parts went together first time with everything going together first time and all holes and parts matching up where they should be finished rack feels solid and should last no parts moving or rocking .Adjustable rubber feet are included that can be loosened up or tightened if you have an uneven floor .Wooden top looks good anot like a cheap bit of wood placed on top*Tip only put bolts in finger tight until it's all put together then tighten them all up one by one ***Note that if you want to fix rack to the wall straps screws and rawl plugs are included however a drill will be needed **I would recommend this product

Flat pack shoe rack with an industrial edge to it.Came packaged very well but still had one small dent on one of the legs, more than likely done at the factory end. Not big or noticeable enough to send back but still a little annoying.Came with all parts required plus spares. Fitted together in 15 minutes by one person and very impressed with how solid it is.The look is brilliant. Fits in with exactly the look we were after. Will definitely by more of Vasagle items.

Cannot recommend this enough. It was really easy to put together and is very strong/durable once one piece. It looks great and honestly looks like it cost me more. Really ties the hallway together and has stopped shoes ending up all over the place!

Easy to assemble. Really like the dark wood top to the rack, it looks modern and smart. The black mesh is great, no chance of shoes falling off. My hallway is so much tidier and I can see all my shoes. So pleased with this rack, good value. Just what I wanted.

Great quality and attractive looking shoe rack. A little tricky to assemble (need to leave all the bolts loose when assembling the metal racks, as once one is tightened the others can't slot in, which isn't explained in the instructions) but once together it's sturdy and looks fab.

Son assembled it with no problems, looks great and stylish in the hall, fits lots of pairs of shoes - savior for our family.
