I started taking this about a year ago and I was taking 2,000 mg a day along with a few other supplements like the zinc and I haven't been sick. Is there something to it? I think there is. Highly recommend it.

I’ve ordered this vitamin C from Sports Research twice now. I really liked it the first time around, so I bought a second bottle and I’m just getting to open it. Lo and behold I was surprised to see all the capsules having a yellow color. In my first bottle, all the pills were white, as they are in the photos of this product. So now I’m not sure what to do. @SportsResearch, if my pills are yellow, does this mean this is a fake or contaminated bottle?

Excellent vitamin , easy to swallow soft jell ( never had that with vitamin C ) , no taste , Great packaging.

Although this is a great vitamin C product, but for some reason it gave me abdominal burn and some kind of cramps. Could be just me, I don't know. But won't be buying this again. You might want to try it, as it is good, as long as you don't get any side effects.
