Q: Is the inside of the pan base rounded or flat? (I know that the outside is flat)

No, on the cooking surface, there is a flat three-inch disk. Thus, the interior is not completely parabolic. I don't know why Lodge made the mini wok this way. The larger Lodge woks (14-inch and 12 inch) have perfectly parabolic interiors and cooking surfaces. Still, I enjoy cooking in this mini wok.

Q: does it come with a lid?

answer is no, but a GL10 glass lid from 10" skillet does fit perfectly.

Q: Has anyone used this wok to make ghee?

If you have an instant pot, that’s the best thing to make ghee in. Lots of video tutorials on YouTube.
