Royal Mail lost my package but the seller worked with me to resolve the issue (in this case, a refund) at their own expense.Fantastic communication and no fuss, smoothed out the Royal Mail problem for me, I didn't even have to worry about it.Incidentally I did purchase this item once the first one was lost, and can vouch that the product being sold works absolutely perfectly.
