FOCUS is all you need to succeed
Product came in as described and so far so good with all disc's working. I have been doing T25 for a long while and only purchased this because I have not tried GAMMA yet and figured since this had the whole collection and the disc's I currently have are getting scratches it wouldn't hurt to get another copyWill you get results? Only if one puts in the effort and FOCUS 😉. It's done pretty good for me for the past 5 years. It does come with a WARNING on anyone with injuries (past or present) or bad hearts so please if you are someone with those conditions do more research before investing in the product to make sure it's something that can be fully invested in to
