SoundXtra Wall Mount for Bose Home Speaker 500 - Silver

This is a great looking speaker stand. Really showcases my new silver Bose 500 speaker. Relatively simple to put together if you follow the step by step pictorial instructions carefully. The reason for "four stars", there is not a cat in hell's chance that the speaker cable fits into the back on the stand!! Whether Bose has increased the width of the cable since the stand was first designed? As someone has mentioned, without damaging the cable, or taping of gluing the wire, the cable just does not fit, however hard you push or press. I tried a knife in the groove in the hope the leverage would expand the slot, no way! If someone can tell me how to fit the cable successfully down the length of the product, that would be great? Otherwise, if you can live with the speaker wire not being hidden away (and to be fair it doesn't look ugly from the front) you'll be OK.

My Speaker 500 fell out of this Bracket. It was really difficult to get in the bottom of speaker, but got there in the end. The top of the bracket came loose and at 1am fell out of the bracket and dented our new wooden floor and woke everyone up, also dented the speaker. Very upset and angry with this bracket. So beware....

Had to bend the bracket to fit the base as it was 3mm too wide to fit the slot in the base of Bose 500. Disappointed with the product, obviously not tested on an actual 500 before shipping. Not as expected considering the price.

The stand is quite sturdy but the only drawback is the cable doesn’t go through the space provided at the back to keep it neat.

Nice floor stand! Just way to expensive!

Expensive and no remote. Sound ok nothing exceptional.🙁

Sturdy speaker stand easy to assemble and looks good too

£400 Bose speaker fell out of bracket . So not really fit for purpose .
