This waist trainer is very comfortable and fits well under clothing. It provides good support and helps shape the waist beautifully without feeling too tight or uncomfortable. The material is soft but firm enough to give a nice compression. I like that it stays in place during the day and is easy to adjust. It’s perfect for everyday use or workouts. Overall, a great body shaper with excellent quality and results!

I really liked this girdle! It fit very well and didn’t roll down at all, which is a huge plus. I also loved that it wasn’t too tight on my butt — it gave a nice smooth look without showing any lines or outlines under my dress. The only thing I wish was different is that the compression in the stomach area could be a little stronger. It didn’t exactly flatten, but it did even everything out into a uniform shape. Overall, it did what I needed it to, and I’d definitely wear it again!

Ordered the suggested size, but it was too big I think. It was saggy at the crotch and not tight enough to pull in the mid section. The sides did it pinch and it felt like it would be comfortable, but it didn’t do what I thought it would.

I didn’t pay attention to the packaging when I placed the order because I never thought an undergarment manufacturer would ship their products in transparent zip lock for all the world to see, immortalized to the cloud by the Amazon delivery person who conspicuously placed the clearly visible undies facing the neighborhood for the front door photo. Learn from my mistake. The actual product is good for the price. It fits as expected. It works if I wear a loose top because the top band creates a muffin top. There is no boning and the crotch doesn’t have a split. For special wear, I would stick to the really expensive brand that will smooth all the lumps and bumps all the way to the bra but this has a place for everyday wear. It’s comfortable enough to wear when you go out casual but still look put together. The price is cheap enough to toss into the wash machine. Just check if you can get more discrete packaging.

If you've just given birth or have a swollen belly, I recommend this. It gives you liposuction. This girdle/blumer compresses the abdomen well and is very comfortable. It doesn't bother you at all, and you wear it under your clothes so it's not noticeable.

I gained the “quarantine 15” and grew a bit of a tummy since being sent home from work. I ordered this in hopes of concealing and smoothing out my figure a fitted dress I planned to wear to a work event. Unfortunately I had to go with a completely different dress due to the fact that this shape wear’s stitching is visible from over clothing. This shapewear did NOT lift my butt, nor did it compliment its natural shape either. The panty line on this was terribly obvious and unflattering. It was comfortable and easy to breathe in and could potentially be a good shapewear for a textured dress. It sat just under my breasts and did not ride down for the few hours that I wore it. It was comfortable and the material is certainly not bad for the price but unfortunately it’s just not suitable for fitted clothing. Unless you don’t mind others seeing the obvious stitching from above your clothing.

I'm 5'7", 125 lbs and I ordered the small. These are exactly what I was looking for. I tend to wear high-waist compression leggings for the all-around waist compression. I've found that it helps my IBS symptoms immensely. I was looking for some women's briefs with the same wide elastic band that many compression leggings have, and I came across these. These have the high elastic band with 4 small 2 inch "bones" in the top. They provide steady compression around the abdomen, and the leg elastic is very forgiving. I've got a thin, athletic build and a long torso, and the top goes all the way up to just beneath my bra band. I haven't given them a field test yet, but walking around and sitting didn't make the top roll down at all. They also came packaged inside a plastic-zipped bag that was sealed inside an outer plastic bag. I recommend these to anyone who wants some comfortable, continuous compression in the tummy region.

This is a great product if your looking for something to make everything look slimmer. However the only reason I gave It 4 stars was because really the only place I need To be flat was my pouch at the bottom of my stomach. And although this product did flatten my stomach out It didn’t have as much effect on my lower stomach where I needed it the most. Not to say it dosent work because it diese I would just say if your looking for a product that will help with your lower stomach I might Suggest looking for something different. Next thing is it definitely is not as high waisted as the pictures. It about a little over a inch away from under my boob. So if you need more coverage at the stop of your stomach and your sides and your back I wouldn't Recommend this. Lastly I’m 5’8 and weigh around 137 and got a small after wearing this I think Maybe my issues with my lower stomach may have been better hidden if there was a XS size. However this product is very comfortable and breathable.

rides up the bum, umcomfortable and doesnt look good. Also the tummy tuck wasn't as effective as I was expecting.

I just received today and I try it immidietly I order xxl and I thought the item is mall but I’m wrong once u wear it it’s fits perfectly it’s just look small
