Odd texture but with a rich thick sauce it is OK.Has a slightly fishy smell but this is not apparent when cooked.

OK, it does not taste of much, and is slightly firmer than al dente pasta, but it's noce enough, very filling and carb free. What's not to like?Like all Konjac flour, pre-made products is need a good rinse under warm water before cooking.

Smells fishy, even after rinsing. After cooked, the tastes of nothing but the texture is like rubber. Overall, yuk!

It as good taste and is like full fat Paste without the carbs and easy to cook and serve

I have not had a proper lasagne for many years since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.I have had various variations on the theme using thin turkey slices or home made keto pasta - they are lovely but not the combination of delicious and convenient that I used to have using standard lasagne sheets.These are perfect.I opened the pouch first and washed the sheets thoroughly and carefully under a running tap and then I unfolded them into a glass bowl and submerged them in cold water and set them aside as I made the sauces according to my usual recipes.I make very powerful tasting sauces with plenty of cheese and plenty of garlic and herbs so when I assembled the lasagne I knew there would be a lot of flavour to be absorbed by the pasta sheets.I topped with extra mozzarella and then I cooked in a fan oven at 180C for 35 minutes.My husband who is not diabetic and is not on a keto way of eating enjoyed this very much. The sheets are the equivalent of al dente pasta and not soft and squidgy but they are a great addition to my keto repertoire and mean I can have more tomato and garlic in my sauce because there are no carbs in the pasta at all. One pouch is enough to make a large and filling lasagne for two - we even had leftovers to go in the fridge after having two helpings each.

Great substitute for carbs, rinse well to remove funky smell, must mix with sauces/spices etc as tastes of nothing. Takes on flavour of what your cooking so definitely need to mix in.

No taste, chewing like rubber. Won't be buying it again.

I've recenly discovered these Konjac products and was very happy to find I could buy a bulk lot at better value than in the shops.Being diabetic I usually avoid eating noodles, pasta or rice because of the huge insulin requirements, it's nice to have a chance of normality and a quick, easy meal that's gentle on my blood sugars.The packets are small but filling, they have a good bite to them, better than I'd anticipated. There is initially a bad smell when you open the packet but none of that remains after cooking it.
