Very good fiber laxative. No cramping. It recommends 2 caps but one is effective for me. Drink at least 8 oz water after taking it. It is more effective if taken at bedtime. Usually get results first thing next morning.

Works Great
I bought this about a week ago. This product really works. I've had issues for years and was on a prescription for constipation. Well, I have found the right product. I took one the first night and it didn't work. Next night I took 2 and I got results. Since then, I've only used 1 and I don't need more. I'll have 3 or more movements in a day and finally have the relief I needed.

Research Ingredients before buying
Unfortunately, I am out $21. I have not tried the product, but it’s my own fault for not looking carefully at the ingredients. Due to ingredients like rhubarb and cape aloe, it's not recommended by many health sites.
