Just put a bit deep conditioner on a few strands and to bed No hair breakage, no brittleness. As a matter of fact- much to my surprise- it was SHINiER than my own hair (after “frying it” what most people would consider) Now that my friends is not a dangerous product my hair is very poor and dry because it’s curly my hair takes in one fourth at the time others does. I should’ve lost the grant of Hair no such thing happened. I love this product. I purchased it way before the trick is smaller strands. You’ll reach the platinum in no time at all as opposed to big chunks. I just ran and we picked a few strands no foil no nothing. It’s so easy and it touched my dark hair, but it didn’t die. It seems like this stuff just works on its own. It’s like a self bleaching tool kit. I should’ve had spots on my hair. I really didn’t care my hair is down to my butt it grows like weed and it’s thick and on top of that I really don’t care. Maybe that’s why it came out. The harder you try the worse the results effortless is key in life and in bleaching thank you seller.

My son wanted “frosted tips” lol, and I’m no hairdresser, but this was easy to use and lightens fast. He has dark brown hair so it’s pretty brassy, but it will lighten up in the sun!

This is a very strong neutralizing quick bleach do not put it on already bleached hair you will tear your hair to shreds it is only for the roots of your hair do not even attempt to color anything that's already been colored leave it alone go get a toner get you a k e i l blue conditioner and fix your hair correctly because this is only for the roots only and then you must watch it really good

Saves money at the salon and gives good results....I got many compliments on my bleached blonde hair...I would spend a few more bucks on a brush kit though...the little pink brush is kinda flimsy and useless for my needs...

Its a fair product. Not the best bleach Ive used, but better than most. Its takes a bit longer to process the hair then I am personally use to. It does come with a purple conditioner which helps to tone. But it leaves a lot of brass to tone down. It does cause some damage to the ends more than other bleach Ive used so make sure to purchase a good deep conditioner for afterwards, or be prepared to cut some ends!

- the product, with one exception, was excellent; great coloring (my hair is naturally dark brown and it turned it extremely blonde) - holy crap but this stuff is STRONG; because of the color of my hair and its natural resistance to change, I'm used to leaving a bleach or dye on 5-10 minutes longer than the bare minimum; don't do that with this; I left it on for 15 minutes, with the first five minutes using a hair dryer; at 10 it started to get a little warm; if I'd left it on more than 15 minutes, I think I would have burned my scalp - so, very good product, definitely worth the money (I've already ordered another box to do my roots in a month or so) but when it says "lightning fast" it MEANS "lightning fast"

I've been using punky color hair dye for a coupke of years now and like it so much that I decided to try this bleach kit as well to prepare my hair for the next round. I'm not sure if it was old or what but the powder was clumpy and would not break up. I used it anyway, hoping the developer would dissolve the clumps-no joy. The result was little blue clumps of bleach in my hair and all over my bathroom, but it did bleach my hair successfully, in less time and thus with less damage than other 40 volume bleach knits I've used. Unfortunately the clumps meant it didn't go as far as it should have, so I wasn't able to get the bleached all the way through my hair, but the parts that did work were great. It even took out some of the green I did the first time I colored my hair and which kept coming through however many times I bleached and colored over it. It worked well enough that I'd be willing to give it a second shot and hope I get a better or fresher batch. 3 stars until then.

Bleached my dark brown and greys to add color and worked great! I used two boxes but probably only needed one…it was my first time, so it’s understandable. Wish I had used it on my beard first, but next time I will. Go Hawks! I will definitely use it again.

tried this because manic panic bleaches are double the price this pandemic. waste of money because the result is blotchy. need to buy a different one to even out the patchy result. plus its too harsh and drying
