Added a couple of extra decisions to consider especially late game

Adds a nice new dynamic to the base game
Allows for new strategies, adds lots of game play at the end of each generation. Worth it if you're really into TM, probably overkill if you just play occassionally. We always include this when we play, probably once a month.

Politics on Mars
Turmoil is one of the several expansion packs released for TM, one of the best engine building games ever released. Of all the others, this is the one that stands out because it introduces completely different mechanics into the game. You do not work with more project cards or different placement bonuses and so on: you add a separate board on the side of the main one and most Turmoil actions happen there. The government is comprised of 5 ruling parties whose policies affect Mars in the future. The complexity added to the gameplay was estimated in 20 minutes per player or so, but what is interesting is how the Committee Board actions and the Global Events impact players in the coming generations... which means your strategy might be heavily impacted and you'll have to change quick.
