I LOVE this fan! My room gets so unbearably hot every summer and this fan helps so much. It's not too loud and cools down my room a lot! After a month or so it started making this weird clunking sound that would wake me up. I reached out to support and they did not hesitate to help me out and offer a refund or a replacement. This Antarctic Star Tower Fan is EVERYTHING 😌👏🏾. First of all, the pink color?? So cute and fits perfectly with my space—cooling and aesthetic 💅🏾💖. It’s tall, sleek, and doesn’t take up much room at all. The airflow is strong but super quiet, which is a MUST for sleeping or working 🙌🏾😴. I love the 85° oscillation because it cools the whole room evenly, and the different speeds and modes let me switch it up depending on my mood. The remote control and 12-hour timer? Top-tier convenience 🌬️📱. Bladeless, safe, easy to use, and doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. Very much giving cool, calm, and comfortable energy all day and night 😌✨. Highly recommend for bedroom or office use!

This was a great fan initially. Great settings, quiet and good air. I bought 2 of them and after a couple years of use they both started making weird noises. I will not purchase again. I have fans that are over 10 years old and still work great. These should last much longer than a couple years.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This fan was honestly just a fast buy to hold me over in my college apartment, but it has lasted me over two years now and it’s AMAZING!! It is a tad louder than other fans, but it’s more like a soft white noise so it’s not annoying at all and it’s quite nice at night. The different modes are all amazing and they work really well, it’s able to cool a whole room pretty easily!! And the temperature of the room being on the front also is very handy!!

I’ve had this fan for a little over a year. Even thought it’s big, I barely notice it- which I was worried about. I like that it had 3 speeds, can be still or oscillating, and different modes (even to shut off the screen so it’s completely dark). It’s powerful enough to cool down my whole room and me without being too strong (I hate other fans that feel like wind is in my face). The fan itself is very quiet too. It was super easy to set up and is very easy to clean. I have it running every night. It tells me the temperature of my room which is a nice touch. Usually my room stays a few degrees cooler than my roommates rooms when I have the fan on. Customer service has been amazing since the remote I had stopped working, and responded quickly saying they are sending me a new one. Overall the quality of the fan is 10/10 and customer service is 10/10. I don’t have any complaints. I will take this fan to every house I move to! If I ever need a fan in the future I will be buying from this company.

I bought 2 because I liked the pink Color and I was hopeful they would keep my rooms cool. But they only move hot air around the room. My Kitchen is a heat box in Sumner with poor ventilation and if the temperature is cool outside it makes a difference but forget about it if its hot outside or If I fire up the stove. I have tried using with the ceiling fan on and off and it makes no difference. They both tend to show the same readings in 2 separate rooms and the lowest they have gotten is 78 degrees. If you are looking to cool down your hot room in the Summer, this is not worth it if the temperature is hot outside. If the temperature is in the 50s or 60s then it keeps the area cool. But it is a pretty Pink. Mrs. H.

I am really impressed with this fan from the sturdy packaging, accurate instructions in the manual, and ease of assembly and operation. The only part requiring assembly is the base which snaps together and is held by screws. The height is great as I sought a taller one as this is used in our bedroom and we have a highly elevated bed. It blows really well at all intensity settings and is moderately quiet (video uploaded of just the fan on). The display has shown 70-71 consistently though our A/C is set to 68 right next to it. The remote control is reliable and makes it easy to start and stop the oscillation. It does make a beep (buzzer according to the manual) as you change settings which is an added nuisance, but only at quiet times. Otherwise, it wouldn't be a big deal. The blue led lights do stay on and only turn off when in "sleeping fan mode" which I would call nighttime mode. It doesn't bother me, but it can be bright if you prefer a solid black, dark room. The fan must be manufactured to be sold solely on Amazon as the manual does say "Please contact us via Amazon message or customer service phone" for any needs such as missing parts, product damage, assembly, and questions. All in all, this is a great fan and really circulates the air nicely!

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS ON THIS ONE! I never write reviews, but I rely on them so heavily. I purchased this fan July 13th despite the mixed reviews about it having a creaking sound after a few weeks. I don’t use it much only when it gets a little hot in my room seeing that I live on the third floor it’s not on during the day at all. The fan started creaking about three weeks after purchasing it, so I turned on the setting where it did not rotate and it still creeks to the point you can’t even sleep because the sound is so loud and eerie. I’m so totally disappointed and I can’t even return the product a complete waste of money. It is not worth it. Please trust me.

Using it for a few days now and very happy with it so far. It oscillates very smoothly and with a soothing white noise effect with a faint motor sound, it's not enough to wake/annoy me (and I'm a very light sleeper) Just using level 1 and it's gentle for sleeping. Do not like natural mode, it just turns on and off which is distracting. I like the temp reader but wish I had a celsius option. The light can be turned off by the remote or unit...just have to read the instructions for the unit option. Size was accurate, 43 in. Wish it was less expensive and that I could turn the beep off when using the buttons. Very handy remote!

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Super easy to set up, and works instantly to cool down my 2 bedroom apartment. Love the colour, the simple functions, and it’s not loud at all! Highly recommend!

I was actually not expecting this fan to be as good as it is. I've tried regular fans and air coolers and neither of them were all that great, but this cooling fan does the trick. I have it set up in my livingroom and it's been wonderful during our heat waves. It doesn't take the place of central air, of course, but it sure has helped to cool things down. Thinking of getting a second one, actually!
