Mucos Pharma - Wobenzym N 800 tabs

An endocrinologist suggested I try taking two tablets twice a day for arthritis pain. This stuff works! She specified the Wobenzym N. The "N" after the name seems to be important...at least if you are taking it for arthritis. I believe there are a lot of other issues people take it for. I have always purchased the formula with Mucos Pharma on the bottle as the manufacturer. There are other versions that look the same and some people say they are exactly the same. They may be, but I have not tried those. I'm sticking with the ones that have worked for me so far.

This product was recommended to me by three health practitioners, for inflammation. I started taking the full dosage immediately, which I later learned is not a good idea. Start slow with one tablet every other day, and build up to the 3 tabs/twice a day recommended on the bottle. On day four, with no other dietary changes, I started having a throbbing pain in my stomach. On day five I stopped taking the supplement and the pain gradually went away with the help of some other supplements such as Intestinew and George's Aloe Vera Juice. Saw my doctor who diagnosed gastritis and told me it's a wonderful product, but not for people with gallstones (which I have).
