Fast Bar, Nuts & Nibs, Gluten Free, Plant Based Protein Bar For Weight Management & Intermittent Fasting (5 Count Box)

I must say, I normally do not like nuts. At all. I don't know what possessed me to buy this bar that is majorly made up of nuts but I don't regret it at all. They came on a day I was fasting and I had three of them (I know, kinda defeats the point of fasting) they were just that good. The texture is soft and crunchy with a nice mix of salty and sweet. I've tried a lot of protein and meal bars in search of the best ones and this is definitely one of my favorites! I do 48 hr alternate day fasting, intermittent fasting and occasionally extended fasting. Since coming home due to the pandemic, it's been insanely hard to keep it up, but having one of these when I'm trying to push through my cravings is a lifesaver. Despite them being quite pricey, I'm keeping these in my routine for sure!

I originally ordered this item directly from Fast Bar and I loved them. The shipping took about a week. I loved them and experimented with making my own but they were not as good. As an afterthought, I checked Amazon and was so happy to see that they were available. I love these so much, I plan to subscribe.The bars are filling and work for me for breakfast or a snack. I use them with intermittent fasting for the nutrition and healthy fats. My favorite flavor is Chocolate Nibs, the other two varieties are just ok in my opinion.

I recently started intermittently fasting so I decided to try these bars out. The taste is very nutty but pretty good. The price seems a little steep for 5 bars but overall I liked this product and its branding/packaging.

Didn’t like these

I really enjoyed this intermittent fasting bar. It is a great addition to my daily routine, and perfect for days that I am too busy to eat lunch or if nothing else sounds appetizing to me. It is sweet, without being overbearing, and kept me satisfied until dinner time.

Do not taste like a bar..😝

they are filling, delicious and I feel great after eating them. They are my favorite energy bar/snack, and so glad they have them on Amazon. I have used them in conjunction with fasting mimicking diets, and they work great for that too. 5 stars!

They would be perfect if they cost half as much. But they are definitely delicious.
