Review: If you're looking for a thorough review - here you go! - I am not normally the person to get excited over new cleaning products. I just want something that does the job it's supposed to do - no bells and whistles necessary. This vacuum got me excited enough to come write a review. I'm going to break this down by features. - Chord length - The chord is nice and long! With my old vacuum I would get so annoyed because I was either accidentally pulling the plug out of the outlet or having to stop what I'm doing to change to a closer outlet just to finish a room. Drove me insane! With the Hoover I found myself able to do an entire room and sometimes start into another room all without having to change outlets. Seems silly to rave about but it saved me time and frustration. - Hose/tools - I live near the woods so I'm in a constant battle with spiders and cobwebs. A durable hose is important to help clean the hard to reach webs. I just received the vacuum yesterday so I cannot attest to the long lasting durability of the hose but it feels like a great quality and made my dusting rounds today a lot easier. My last vacuum the hose kept cracking and I would lose all suction and had to hold it a certain way to be able to clean. The Hoover also has an awesome feature where you can lower the suction of the hose which I found helpful today when a plant tipped over on my table and I was able to clean it up without sucking up the table cloth. As far as the tools - it came with this weird "pet" attachment that has heavy duty rubber strips instead of rollers - at first I looked at it like "what the heck is this going to do?" but let me tell you - it's amazing. I vacuumed my steps today with that attachment and while it's kind of awkward to use at first it completely transformed the carpet and brought it back to life! I literally texted my husband while he was at work saying "the pet attachment completely revitalized our carpet!!" (it's been a tough year so yea I'm pumped with any small wins). - Weight - I know some of the reviews said that it's too heavy and hard to push - I disagree. It's not the lightest vacuum I've ever owned but it definitely isn't too heavy. It has just enough weight to feel like it's built to last and it has amazing suction power that you can definitely feel when pushing but I did my entire house today - including carrying the unit up the stairs while cleaning them - and carrying the vacuum by the handle while using the hose to clean all along the trim and ceilings and I have no complaints about the weight. Trust me I'm no weight lifter so my arms would be falling off if this was too much to handle. - Hardwood/tile - I know a lot of vacuums say they are good for hardwood and tile floors - I have never been impressed with their abilities and opted for a broom and dust pan - I have three dogs so I would get what I like to call "fur tumbleweeds" not fun to deal with. The Hoover seemed to do an amazing job even on the non carpet areas of the house so I'm pretty pumped to not have to sweep around tumbleweeds anymore! So if anyone is still reading at this point...bottom line is so far I'm very impressed with this vacuum. If I remember I will come back and update about the long lasting durability but after researching a bunch of vacuums and seeing the prices I am happy to say that this vacuum is cheaper and seems to do an amazing job so far! The amount of dirt/dander/ and fur it picked up even though I recently vacuumed with my old vacuum is amazing (and disturbing!) My husband and I have noticed our allergies this year have been out of control and after seeing what this vacuum picked up I wasn't surprised! So hopefully now we will be getting some relief!
Review: SO HAPPY WITH PURCHASE. - MUST READ ALL this I wrote. You’ll be glad you did. So I have two labradors that shed like nobody’s business, it’s crazy, but I love my dogs, so the alternative is to just keep up with the hair. All the vacuums I’ve had so far were absolutely CRAP. And the cordless ones etc , they’re all a waste of time, (( for pet hair etc)) they just don’t have enough suction. PERIOD. And Either all the different vacuums I have purchased over the years , they’re either made cheap and they fall apart quickly , or they don’t do what they say. Nonetheless I sat down for hours the other day and reviewed , reviewed , reviewed all the different vacuums for pets and I only read a few negative things in the reviews about this one, ALL talking about that the vacuum itself is a little heavy to push , yes it can be, it has a lot of assessable parts that are real assessable to you very easily , you don’t have to put a lot of effort into using them. And they didn’t miss anything there’s one for the furniture for reaching high places etc. etc. And There all mostly right on the top. That’s one thing that makes it a little bit top-heavy. But everything is right there at your fingertips, if you see something in the ceiling grab it , clean it , something on the ceiling fan grab it clean it , very easily assessable is my point for all the attachments. AND The closer the vacuum is to the carpet (SETTING WISE ), the heavier it’s going to seem as far as pushing it , BUT there is a button ON IT called rotate suction control valve to reduce pushing pulling difficulty, so you CAN adjust it. However the closer it is to the carpet, the better it’s gonna suck all the hair up. This vacuum I tried it on just one of my area rugs first where the dogs are a lot AND holy crap, it picked up every hair and completely brightened the rug back up. It was full of dog hair that the other vacuum was JUST NOT getting. So I don’t usually do reviews, I don’t have the time normally, but I have to tell you this is the best pet vacuum I’ve ever purchased . It also swivels around furniture, but the main thing is if you’re looking for a really good pet vacuum that will really get the hair out of the carpet or off your furniture area rugs etc whatever you need it will suck it up. And you can use it on hardwood floors you just turn the brush off . There’s a button that will turn the brush off . And the dispenser is really easy to dump. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's a good pet hair vacuum

Let me start by saying that after using this vaccum I like it and am glad I purchased it. At first I thought I'd made a mistake buying this vaccum. The assembly instructions are vague and the photos are not detailed or clear enough to be helpful. The brushes on the hose attachment fell off and it took quite a bit of fiddling to get it back together where the plastic tabs would hold securely. The cord wraps onto the wand attachment so you have to completely unwind the cord every time you use it. The suction power was far less than I had been expecting, but when I used it, I found the amount of suction to be just about right. It easily picked up dog hair, dust, lint, and debris, but unlike my old vaccum it did not eat the drapes and electrical cords. I could hold the wand a couple of inches above cords and away from the drapes and it would suck up the dust bunnies without disturbing the cords and drapes. It is light and did a great job cleaning my heavy traffic carpeted areas. The canister is at least twice the size of my old vacuum and I was able to vacuum 1000 sq feet of heavy shedding dog furred carpet before I had to empty it. Emptying the canister is quick and easy. It is a great vacuum for the price. It does not have the power or suction of a kirby, but it gets the job done at a fraction of the cost and weight of a kirby. It is no louder or quieter than any other vacuum. It works ok on harwood and laminate flooring. Being able to turn the brushes off keeps it from flinging particles instead of picking them up and it picked up a fair amount of dirt, but I definitely needed to touch up with hose attachment and it does not clean hard surfaces as well as a swiffer, but the convenience of going from hard surface to carpet with the touch of a button is very convient. It's a good vacuum.
