Good for space constrained muffler connections, not for manifold connections
These worked great for me to connect my new Vernalift muffler to the outlet port on my transom in a minimum of space. 3 of these connected using fiberglass tube connectors allowed to make a 270 degree turn in less than 20". However, DO NOT use them for direct connections to the exhaust manifold manifold as they are not equivalent in temperature resistance as regular marine exhaust hose regardless of their equivalent ratings.
