Cuticle Remy XQ yaky, 10inch, #1-Jet black

My friend bought hair from this seller a few weeks ago, and she just used it recently and said it was not the actual brand of hair and she thinks it was replaced with cheap hair. This hair is very expensive and if it's in fact not the hair this company makes, amazon needs to shut this seller down.Unfortunately UPS left mine on my door step when it's very cold and windy, I am not sure where the item is but it was never received.
