I Didn't Get What I Paid For
I was suspicious of the ratings. Sadly, my suspicions were correct. Sound quality is below average. Many cheaper ones for less than 10 dollars will give you more value.

One ear doesn’t work and I just received them because they were held at a hospital
One ear does not work. Even though I just received them (they were held at a hospital and I wasn’t aware), Amazon will not issue a refund.

Didn't have very good sound.

The volume is very low and with any movement of the wire, it cuts in and out. Virtually no bass when it does work. I'm returning these !

Cheap
I'm not sure if these are even legit Sony. They sound wack and are very cheaply made. Reading the reviews here I get the impression that I received a different product than what everyone is raving about. I've just been using them to listen to audio books at night because they aren't suitable for music and they haven't broken yet, and they were like 5 bucks so what can you expect right?
