The building quality is good. Advertised "can be used for charging and powering your new MacBook via the Type-C port". But you can not charge the NEW MACBOOK via the USB-c in the adpter! Very disappointed!

USB hard disk drops in and out on MacBook. So far I have found almost no non-Apple USB- C products that are reliable in both physical fit and function. Not just this. I think these third parties don't have the spec correctly implemented.

The 3 USB ports works ok, sometimes the USB 3.0 ports does not recognise my USB2.0 drive.The USB-C port is a bit useless, it can not be used to charge my Macbook 2015.

Does not charge with the type c input which is why I was getting it
