NUTRALIVER - Detox Tea for Liver Cleansing and Support - With Milk Thistle, Turmeric & Fennel - 20 Tea Bags - Herbal Tea by Nutra Tea

I already take milk thistle, among other vitamins, for my liver but my triglycerides even though are slowly coming down are still pretty high. I came across this tea, and I like all kinds, and thought it wouldn't hurt to try it. I love the taste and just ordered a subscription for the 2 pack since I usually often drink 2 cups a day (I just like tea in general). I wish I found it sooner because my blood work is in 2 weeks and I'm not sure that isn't enough time to see if the tea helps with my levels or not but either way I will continue to drink it because it really is good. I've always put honey in my teas but don't need it for this one. It's just sweet enough on its own. I read some reviews of stomach issues but I personally have not had any. I can give an update later after some time to see if I do receive any health benefits from it.

** UPDATE: It works REALLY WELL! I’ve been having a cup every morning and sometimes after lunch, and wow 🤩 I keep getting compliments that I look slimmer and I think it’s this incredible blend! So far, it’s working well. I like the flavor and blend is nice too and not too overpowering. As for its health benefits, I think this one takes a few cups to notice a difference. Another milk thistle brand I was using had me use the restroom multiple times a day, which was really nice, but too expensive. This one takes a few days and best when paired with other fiber foods. Unfortunately, it does not soothe my bloating, which I was hopeful about. I also tried reusing the same bag, it’s good up until second cup use. Nothing past that. If so, there’s no flavor.

It has a delicate flavor of fennel which I love, and goes down easy. I enjoy it.

Definitely increasing bile production in the first few drinks. So there is an effect.

It seems to be working well it's helping with my weight loss efforts. The taste is fine I don't add any sweetener to it. No stomach discomfort either. And I drink two cups a day.

The tea surprisingly tastes great, but be forewarned that it does have a diuretic effect. Also, important to read the warnings re: milk thistle and allergies.

Il est temps que les humains cessent d'ingérer de faux médicaments (produits chimiques ou avec colorants, édulcorants et sucres !!). Rien ne vaut la nature pour soigner l'humain, elle a été conçue dans ce but. Donc cessez de vous lamenter parce que le goût ne VOUS plaît pas : le goût on s'en moque, il ne flatte que votre palais, la seule chose qui compte c'est le résultat obtenu. Est-ce que tous les terriens sont devenus des chochottes chipoteuses ??? Faites ce qui doit être fait et estimez-vous heureux qu'il y ait des herboristes pour préparer les plantes destinées à vous soigner. Si certaines n'ont pas l'effet escompté, changez au lieu de vous plaindre. Les humains ont le don de m'exaspérer avec leurs lamentations et leurs pleurnicheries.
