My review for Medi-Rest Orthopaedic Knee Pillow complete with Carry Case. I bought this because I sleep on my side and even though for many years I have tried to use a cushion or rolled up towel between the knees to help align my spine while sleeping I was still in a lot of pain. After two visits to the chiropractor I decided to buy one of these after reading the reviews. I am so glad I did, my lower back is now happy in the mornings when I wake up. On my third visit to my chiropractor I showed him this pillow and he noticed such a difference in my back he is now recommending it to his other patients who would find it helpful.

Having never had a knee pillow before I cannot compare this to any others, but having used it constantly for the last couple of weeks I am really happy with it. I never thought I would benefit from one till I was told that if you have a tendency to tuck your duvet between your legs whilst lying on your side, maybe you should try one. Two weeks later it is still on my bed and used daily, and I think I am more comfortable when I lie on my side.The pillow is firm enough that it feels like it gives good support, but not too hard for discomfort, and the cover (which is removable so makes for easy washing) is really nice and soft. It also comes in a travel bag which is a nice touch.

I love the carry bag it means I can take it away with me on holidays. Love the fact its cover is washable. I have only used it for a week and so far its kept its shape. I have arthritis of the hip (waiting for op) and back (waiting for injections ) this pillow has given me some pain relief and for the first time in 6 months have slept for longer than 2hours. It's easy to turn over in bed and not lose contact with it. I would recommend this product.

I've been using this support pillow for a week now and to my surprise it seems to do what is claimed for it. I have been struggling with (self diagnosed) sciatica, with a particular problem in getting comfortable in bed at night. This pillow makes a big difference and I sleep much better as well as wake up more or less pain-free. Just as importantly, it stays in place when I'm asleep, which says that even subconsciously my body accepts that it's a benefit. For what it costs, it has proved an excellent buy.

Comfortable to use and has helped a bit with hip pain so worth a try . Arrived quickly .

Comfortable for my legs which is why I bought this product, I also find it very useful when I have back pain or neck pain. Very happy with the Medi Rest orthopaedic knee pillow, it is definitely multi purpose.

Great really comfy , and helps with pain so I can sleep better

Only got this a few days ago but so far it is great at keeping my legs and knees properly aligned while I sleep. It is made out of lovely soft material so you can use it when sleeping with bare legs, and the carry case means it is easily portable too.
