great for cold brew coffee or even tea filter out particles from the drink. it is like an oversized tea bag. it has a drawstring to seal the bag, i usually tie twice (one on the drawstring and another on the bag to make sure nothing seeps out. I tried it in my cold brew maker to double filter and it doesnt change the taste of my coffee.the bags are in a ziplock bag to ensure it stays dry.

Good filters that make cold brew clean up very easy. My only criticism is that they are quite narrow, but they still work well for my purposes.

The media could not be loaded. These are good paper disposable cold brew bags. I only fill them half way and leave them for at least one and a half days. I had a problem with my old bad, so I found this new one. I have had problems with cotton bags not letting the flavor through the bag, and just putting grounds in a pitcher is not good at all.

These bags are cheap, disposable, apparently able to be composted (along with the grounds). Most importantly, as well, they will absorb cafestrol which is a cholesterol precursor, when compared to a steel reusable sieve.

I love cold brew but it can be messy to make. These bags are the neatest and cleanest method I have found so far. It basically asked like a giant teabag. Once the cold brew is done (~18 hours for me) just dispose of the bag with the grounds. I put the grounds into my compost bin and toss the used bag.

I bought these bags to make cold brew coffee, because I had run out of another brand of cold brew bags and sadly that brand is no longer available on Amazon. I will not buy them again.These cold brew coffee bags are 'okay' and fairly well-made as far as quality goes. Coffee grounds don't leak out of them, the strings tie tightly to prevent grounds from escaping, and they're a great material. But these are much too narrow for the average consumer who is using them at home.There is a gourmet coffee store near me where you can buy any flavor or blend of beans that you'd like and grind them yourself using the store's bean grinder. The grinder deposits the beans right into a tall, narrow paper bag. If I had a machine like that at home, these cold brew bags would be very convenient. But I don't - I have a small Bodum grinder ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QM339DB?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1 ). Trying to dump the grounds from the grinder into these bags is impossible - the opening on the bag is much too narrow. I tried using a funnel, but every now and then a not-so-ground bean would block the opening of the funnel and I'd have to dump the grounds/partial bean chunks back into the grinder to fine-grind them. This made an absolute mess on my kitchen counter.
