They're small and easy to swallow and as long as it's doing what it's supposed to, I'm happy with it. No side effects on me anyways, with K2 mk7 the research says there's no side effects to be worried about so I'll take the research at its word.

I like this product it is the MK7 version which I believe through my research does better for your body than the MK4 A good place to research the NIH as good information on studies. This product has a small gel tab with coconut oil for a carrier oil that helps absorb better in your body. You won't notice in my case a difference right away with your body because it makes things better internally but lately I've been having better brain clarity that could be this product or Benfotamine B-1 i take. That is the best absorbed. The product is a little pricey but this company I buy other products from and I trust them. I was taking it every day and then when I get a little short I start taking it every other day I will be purchasing again due to the benefits. Hope I've helped

My fave K2 supplement. I take this with my D3 and these are very small, absorb well without any stomach upset or side effects, and pleasantly smell and taste like coconut. Have bought multiple times & will keep using, very effective.

I bought several Deal Supplement products and expected to be able to verify their quality. After receiving them, I tried to request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) to confirm purity and third‑party testing. Despite the company’s claims, I couldn’t find any publicly available test results, and contacting them for documentation has been extremely difficult. As someone who takes supplements seriously, I rely on brands that are transparent about their testing and safety standards. Without accessible proof of third‑party verification, I don’t feel confident continuing to use these products. Until Deal Supplement provides clearer, verifiable information, I won’t be repurchasing.

Ive been taking Vit K2 as MK7 for nearly a year now, if the research is true then it is helping to gradually remove calcium build up in my system to return the calcium to my bones making them stronger, time will tell but I am optimistic.
