is there any way to buy the tablet gripper? It broke when it tipped over?

Mine has broken, too, and it’s past the return period. Did you find a replacement part to order? I’d rather order just the part that broke than a whole new tripod!

How does remote control work? do u need bluetooth? if so, what do i buy to get bluetooth?

Remote just works the camera, so you don’t have to touch the screen to take a pic.

Is there a way to loosen the tension on the iPad holder to make it easier to put in place?

I am not sure as there were not instructions regarding this, but there seems to be some option on the back of the holder head - not able to move it, though it appears it should be an option. It states "Open" and "Close".
