O.G. Original Gangster

This album gave me hope as a kid that I could grow up to be a thug in L.A.......turns out I was better at spreadsheets.......but I still love this album just the same even if I now have only 1/8 of Ice-T's money and zero of his toughness. Super awesome album that crosses the generations like none other.Buy it, Ice-T rhymes tighter than your grandma's dentures on an Ensure straw.

Great album, but the record is missing songs. For example MVP. The digital copy is has all the songs. Not sure why.

The classic wit and grit that ICE-T was renowned for. The story telling is something sadly missing in what apparently passes for hip hop today.

Of all his '80s and early '90s music, the stereotypes are most overblown here but the power and force make it a profound piece from the golden era.

I would have to say that this is Ice-T's best album. My favorite gangster rap album of all times. A real classic hip hop album.

I love this album and still have the original vinyl from back in the day. Some great tracks on this. But 'The Tower' still has to be up there as one of my favourites. With the crystal clear vocals from Ice T, you can't go wrong.

Good album considered by many to be one of his best. It is good but i find home invasion to be more hard core. (personal preference) This is still a must for any rap collection. I would recommend Ice T above most modern day rap stars and his stuff still sounds fresh and believable. Get yourself an education in rap and buy Ice T if you collection lacks it. So many modern day rap songs rip lyrics 'in homage' to Ice. The quote from first impression has been used so many times in other songs its unreal.
