Good for the price and what U get.
I got these mostly for the handles and they have a small Fit & Finnishissue but nothing that I cannot live with ,as it best to use workout gloves with metal material any way ,they have a few little spots that will stick your hand from un-smooth metal other than that they are fine. and the Bands are very good which is a Big Plus.

Bad quality welding and knurling of handles
Bands are fine but the quality of these handles is terrible. Looks whoever did this had their first time welding anything seriously. The handles also have these sharp protrusions on the knurling that need to be filed down otherwise you’ll get cut while using it. I would give 1 star but the bands are okay... then again how could you make resistance bands wrong lol

The handles I got had nice welds all around, felt secure. The bands are of high quality. Happy with my purchase.
