What’s the nutrients in this? Am I going to eat cellulose basically?

HI ,Dont know about cellulose,i buy it because i am diabetic and it contains no carbs ,it tastes O.K but smells very fishy when first opened ,i give it a good rinse and let it stand in some cold water with lemon juice added .Hope this helps ? Angela

I’m not sure sorry but I would NOT recommend these. Worst thing I’ve ever tasted. So bad I vomited and just binned the other five packs. Revolting.
