I usually don’t notice supplements right away, changing my body but this one I really felt like I could breathe and just a couple days with the more I’m taking it. It is kind of seems like it just stays that good. It doesn’t get better, but I like it.

I bought these pills because I suffer from sinusitis and sometimes I can’t breathe well and with the flu it gets worse. Following the dose from the bottle did not help me at all, so I decided to buy another bottle and take twice the dose for more than a month and I had no improvement.

My husband didn't think they were working for him until he ran out. Now we subscribe so he doesn't run out. My mother in-law also takes this. Works great for them
