Needed a replacement fan for my reference Vega 64. All the same model fans cost like $25+ with 3 weeks shipping from China. But this was $15 and arrived the next day. It’s an MSI Airboost fan with the MSI logo on it, but the chassis is identical to a reference Vega’s fan. Only difference is it’s a 12v1.2amp fan while reference uses a 12v 2.4amp Delta fan. I’m not sure what the difference in max RPM is, but presumably you’d be saving about 14-15w with this at max speed?Anyways, it works. It mounts perfectly fine, too. The rear of the fan has some sort of thin closed cell foam cushion that might cause some issues mounting the cooler to the pcb if your screws aren’t long enough. But I had no trouble using the 3 fan screws that came with this card. Also, if you don’t like it, can always just scrape it off with a razor blade.But this is the cheapest and easiest replacement fan to get for a reference Vega. It works. No muss no fuss.

I tried securing the fan with the 3 screws 5 times but the bottom of the fan kept rubbing against the mount/heatsink. Put the original fan back on (still works but a little noisy) and spins with no issue. Something is not right with it.
