After spending the night being annoyed by an overly affectionate fly, I decided today was the day to end this unhealthy relationship. The look on its little face as I declared it over between us was one heck of a sight, although there's a chance that could also have been the only bit of electricity there ever was between us.Since then, I have taken up hunting and have several kills under my belt. Yeah, I know, I should probably stop storing the bodies there.I have been joined on the hunt by my kid. Although he is far too young to wield the electro-shock-fly-zapper-badminton-raquet, he makes an excellent spotter and his squeals of delight as another fly fries are a constant source of joy to me.All in all, a great purchase and it may inadvertently help me get more exercise too.

Them annoying pesky bugs that buzz around and then leave a stain when you swat them are no more. This just zaps them out of the equation. Excellent buy.

We set this up by the front door. Even though it does catch a few, too many of them just fly by and into my house.

Perfetta questa racchetta antizanzare molto comoda e ben realizzata. Mi è piaciuto il fatto che non abbia la presa incorporata nel manico come le classiche racchette che si vedono in giro, ma ha il suo cavo USB che rende tutto il più gestibile. Batteria che ha un'elevata autonomia, la sto usando già da alcuni giorni e l'ho caricata solo una volta.Inoltre la parte inferiore del manico (dove è alloggiata la batteria) si può rimuovere diventando una comoda torcia portatile a led che fa molta luce.

Après plusieurs semaines d’utilisation, je peux dire que cette raquette est très efficace.✅ les mouches prennent une grosse décharge et tombent✅ la recharge est rapide pour une très bonne autonomie (je ne l’ai toujours pas recharger et pourtant nous l’utilisons tous les jours et nous vivons à la campagne)✅ les lampes sur le devant et sur la poignée sont pratique quand on doit chasser la nuit. Ça attire également les petites bêtes✅ très sécuritaire pour les enfants curieux comme le nôtre. Impossible de l’allumer et de se faire « électrocuté »❌ seul bémol, la raquette est un peu grande. Je m’attendais à plus petit mais pour le prix, c’est quand même appréciable

Diese Fliegenklatsche hat es echt in sich. Ich hatte zuvor eine günstigere und sehr einfache elektrische Fliegenklatsche aus dem Supermarkt. Diese hat kleinere Insekten zwar problemlos erledigt, brauchte aber schon bei einfachen Stubenfliegen mehrere Anläufe und erledigte sie, wenn überhaupt, mit einem leichten Knistern oder meistens ganz ohne Laute.Damit ist glücklicherweise nun Schluss. Diese Fliegenklatsche erledigt jedes Insekt mit einem eindeutigen Knall und funktioniert dabei zuverlässig.Die Fliegenklatsche besteht aus mehereren Schichten von Metallgittern und sobald diese Schichten mit einem Gegenstand (z.B. einem Blatt oder viel wichtiger, einer Fliege) verbunden werden, zischt es mit einem kleinen aber dennoch klaren Blitz.Was den Sicherheitsfaktor anbelangt habe ich mal getestet wie schnell die Spannung abfällt nach umlegen des angebrachten Schalters auf den untersten Zustand (Aus). Hier habe ich festgestellt, dass die Spannung nach weniger als einer halben Sekunde auf einen vollkommen ungefährlichen Wert abfällt.
