THE WARRANTY DOESN'T COVER ANYTHING! NOT WORTH IT
I recently purchased a Bellroy bag with high expectations, but unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with its durability and overall quality. The strap broke off, making the bag practically unusable. I expected better longevity from a reputed brand like Bellroy. Additionally, the stitched-on Bellroy logo/tag on the front came off, leaving behind residue and compromising the bag's appearance.Considering that the bag is covered by a three-year warranty, I had hoped for better craftsmanship and attention to detail. It is disheartening to see a product I once cherished fall apart so quickly, especially when I have taken excellent care of it.I contacted Bellroy's customer support regarding these concerns, and unfortunately, their response was unsatisfactory. They claimed that the defect with the logo appeared to be due to accidental ripping and thus would not be covered by the warranty, which contradicts the actual situation. Furthermore, they stated that the sternum straps are considered removable parts and any lost strap would not be covered. It seems that Bellroy has designed the bag with replaceable parts as a means to avoid providing replacements under their warranty. This experience has led me to believe that their warranty is essentially non-existent.Overall, I cannot recommend this Bellroy bag due to its lack of durability and branding issues.
