Good for not sticking to the wound.
Good for weeping wounds. Mum had a bad cut on her leg the other dressings were sticking to the wound and pulling the scab off delaying the healing process. We tried these and thankfully the material used meant they were not sticking. its giving the area the protection it needs and removal seems a lot better, very pleased,

Great for speeding up wound healing.
These silver dressings actually work. My leg wasn't healing very well with standard dressings and antibiotics but switching to these silver ones sped up the healing and cleared up the infection. Only complaint would be that they're quite small.

Discrepancy of instructions
It might be translation problem or not enough attention paid, but it says on the box "open the pouch carefully and remove the dressing" and the next step is "place the dressing onto the wound". Nice and easy. However, if you read the "instructions for use", a leaflet inside of the box, it says all the same about removing it from the pouch, and then there is the next step 4. PEEL AWAY PROTECTIVE BACKING and place the silver side of the dressing onto the wound. This is very confusing! What protective backing???
