I haven’t had any swelling in my ankles since I started taking one krill oil pill every day.

I have seen less swelling in my feet since taking these omega-3 krill oil softgels. I take them twice a day and have not had any problem with stomach upset, except one time when I took them on a full stomach. I’d like to have a little something in my stomach before taking any supplement. So I eat an applesauce or yogurt and have not had any problems with a fishy taste coming up. The soft gel is quite strong, smelling, but is on the smaller side compared to ones that I have taken in the past. Don’t let the fishy smell concern you because once you swallow it, you don’t taste it anymore. I’m happy with them and will continue to take them and hopefully see some better numbers when I have my cholesterol checked next time.

This is really helped get my cholesterol numbers back in the normal range and avoid prescriptions, especially since I’m allergic to statins. The only negative is the fish smell when you open the bottle. But thankfully, the soft gels do not smell when in a pill reminder, and they have no fishy taste either! Highly recommend
