This is really helped get my cholesterol numbers back in the normal range and avoid prescriptions, especially since I’m allergic to statins. The only negative is the fish smell when you open the bottle. But thankfully, the soft gels do not smell when in a pill reminder, and they have no fishy taste either! Highly recommend
