Very tasty exactly for sushi!

Nice taste, 2 tablespoons diluted in a glass of warm water before main meals. I sometimes add cinnamon, all these are recommended to avoid glucose spikes by around 30. I haven't seen one with all apple cider vinegar, ginger, turmeric and cinnamon in the same bottle so I got this one and add a pinch of cinnamon. Use a straw to avoid the acid affecting your teeth. All good, I like the flavour. It could be used on its own in salads too.

***** Edit ***** I haven't had a gout attack since using this. What can I say? I am no medical expert, but I can say it is my belief that this works! It may be coincidence that since I have been using this that my gout has 'not been present'. But for this long? I have had many attacks of gout in the past. Now, I have none. Try it. Even if for a couple of months. It doesn't cost much, but may change your life! I wish i could say that I would give you your money back if it doesn't work, but obviously, I can't!!! It seems to work for me. Just remember to use mouthwash or at least rinse out your mouth with water after use. It IS an acid, and can cause enamel erosion! How can one review this product? You cannot prove a negative. So far, I have been using this to negate the effects of gout. Since using, I had one bout that lasted less than a day, and was significantly less painful. Normally, my attacks last for a week and are extremely painful. I will continue to use unless, and until, it is obvious that it doesn't work. So far, unscientifically, I believe it is working well :)

This product is absolutely awesome. I actually came across this by mistake. I accidentally ordered it it instead of the plain one. Tried it and loved it better than the original one. I drink this like I would a cordial ... like when I was a kid, mixed with water. With fizzy water is even better. It's such a refreshing drink when drank this way. I actually think I'm losing a bit of wright too as it's my go to thirst quenching drink so I drink regularly.
