If you mean a motorcycle, it's probably not loud enough.

I purchased this horn. There are no polarity marking on the horn and no instructions. Which terminal connects to positive voltage?

It doesn't matter. Connect one wire to one terminal and one to another. I actually bought 2 and installed both, so it is as loud as a car horn.
