I bought this bottleless water dispenser for my office to replace the existing 5 gallon bottle water dispenser. We have a lot of people in the office drinking like a cow and we had to replace the bottle everyday. This bottleless unit saves a big hassle for us! The installation was quite easy. You have everything you need in the box for the installation. It took less than 30 minutes to have the job done. Pros: Taste - Everyone in the office said the water taste very well - even better than the bottled water. The 3-stage filtering system really makes a difference. Convenience - The buttons are quite sensitive - you just need touch instead of push to get water. Of course, no more lifting the 5-gallon water bottle up and make it up side down to fix in the old unit. Safety - The hot water safety lock is quite considerate. Quietness - The machine runs little or no noise. Versatile: The 3-water temperature options caters everyone's need. The cold water is really ice cold. You can adjust the hot water up to 194 degrees. Cons: I had a little trouble to pull out the safety plug during installation. I had to read the instruction again to figure it out. Suggest to have a pull tab to remove the plug. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this water dispenser.

Unit only lasted a little over a year before it just quit operating. when the unit arrived and we un packed it it looked pretty nice, we liked the soft touch controls but you could also tell it looked a little "cheap" the soft touch panel it attached by double sided tape and came off on us, it was easy to get back on though. the unit seemed to work pretty good up until about a week ago when it just quit working, we un plugged it and let it set overnight and it worked great the next day then quit working again, we suspect it freezes up. so product support or replacement parts from what we read on other reviews so we opted to replace it with a "better unit".

I got three years warranty. When I called to manufacturer, he said, you have be opened the unit and give me 1000 kind of excuse. I recommend it. Don't buy this unit. Does not work even 6 month. All piece of crap.

First one I ordered did not make cold water. A hassle to package it back up, but amazon picked up at my house . Replacement works great, does everything i want it too, with no more bottles. I would give it 5 stars if not for the broken unit. If it works more than 2 years i will be happy. this is the 6th water cooler we bought and every one has broken within the first 3 years.

So good with hot and cold options

Had a plumber come in and run a water line to the unit, the cooler is perfect, the water tastes great. I cancelled Poland Spring immediately and no more little water bottles in my house anymore. I just wish I bought this unit years ago. You can adjust the water temperature, very easy to do A DEFINITE RECOMMEND Great Unit

We had no issues with the filters "bleeding" into the water. Plugged right into the supply lines with no leaks or issues and has worked perfectly. Looks nice! Highly recommended.
