Bandai Hobby - Gudam Seed Destiny - #232 Windam, Bandai Spirits HGCE 1/144 Model Kit

I mean, it’s a dope kit and for something that’s quit new (even though it’s a few year old kit now) it’s quite quick to build, and great detail, but for me it took a total of 8 hours do to making it nub/stress mark free. The stickers for the striker pack and shield are horrible in my honest opinion, I had to paint mines on the wings, fins, and the sharp fin like structure on the shield with dark grey and light yellow paint markers and the missiles are 100% grey and I did not want to leave them like they are so I added some paint work and copied the box art a bit just to add some paint detail on those. One thing I wanted to point out is that the striker attaches easily and the kit can stand up straight and not fall easily like most kits with huge attachments, this one also has a wide range of decent poses you can pull off witch I find cool and when posing it just feels super smooth, it doesn’t feel to stiff or to lose, just perfect. I give it a 9/10 mainly cause the stickers are mostly horrible except the ones that go on the head.

This kit is perfect for beginners. Theres a wide range of motion in the arms and backpack. My only small complaint is that the guard this around the suits feet come of easily when I try to pose the feet, but that might be only on my kit. There are a lot of stickers mainly for the backpack but you don't really need them, and the kit looks good without the stickers.10/10 kit perfect for beginners and looks nice.

It’s a pretty good beginner model. I did not have too much trouble putting it together. The spot I had issues with was the right leg, but that was entirely my fault. Was sleepy and not paying attention to the diagram. I had to take it apart after I noticed my mistake. I actually broke a pin in the foot and a small connector part in the right leg, but you can’t tell. Those parts still went in snug and aren’t in danger of falling off. I didn’t needs nippers to get it off the sprue/runner. Just used my thumb nails. Would definitely recommend painting it, but do that before you assemble. Certain spots are impossible to remove. Overall will definitely buy a second one to try my hand at customizing.

I love the simple but clean design of the Windam: it's definitely one of my favorite grunt designs. The build itself is simple and there's not a lot of detail unfortunately, but it's still an awesome looking suit and deserving of a spot on your shelf.

Honestly I picked this one up on impulse. But it's a great kit. Sleek look, poses great, and the build is fantastic.

After collecting several Gundam figures (Robot Spirits and Gundam Universe), I decided to try my hand at building one. There is a reason that this kit is highly rated. The instructions are in Japanese and English, but it's easy to read and they are very detailed. It will take a few hours to build, but the finished product is excellent. It has some nice details and is very posable. If there is a downside, two of the stickers are very small and can be a challenge to apply. I highly recommend the Windam not only for beginners, but also for those wanting to add to their collection.

Come on. I mean for this price you are getting such a great masterpiece of model engineering. So beyond anything Gen Z had as a kid.

this is an amazing kit, fits together nicely, the articulation is brilliant. If you are on the fence just get it as for the price it is so worth it. The only downside for me was the stickers on the backpack, but apart from that I have no fault with the product.

Es una buen modelo de este MS, como dije en el titulo es sencillo pero cumple su cometido, muchas reseñas han dicho antes, es una buena base para crear tu propio ejercito. De ser posible, me gustaría crear mi propio escuadrón de windams para asediar a mis otros MS. Es una compra que vale la pena

Den Windam kaufte ich ursprünglich da mir das Design mit dem "Wing-Pack" gefiel. Der Gundam kam in einer ungewöhnlich kleinen Packung an, was bei mir zuerst Zweifel aufkommen ließ, jedoch verschwanden diese nachdem ich den Windam fertig zusammenbaute. Das Modell ist sehr einfach zu Bauen, hat relativ Wenige Teile und sieht einfach super aus. Der Preis ist ehrlich gesagt auch okay.
