I have broken the glass base. Can I buy a replacement base?

Hello. Please send us a direct message.

What is the material of the handle? Stainless steel?

Hi there, the handle is made of chrome. Here's our link to the stainless steel version https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XNT686L?ref=myi_title_dp. Thank you. -Ana, Customer Service

Can it dispense set honey?

Set honey would probably clog it up, runny honey is best.

Is the cap on the bottom microwave safe? (Eg to microwave honey if crystallised)?

I wouldn’t put it in the microwave better to put in bowl of hot water.
