Pros: Professional, clean looking, impressive by sight EASY to put together in less than 15 minutes per chair.Cons: The back rest is not plush, fluffy, stiff and hard feeling. Does not envelope you when you sit back.We purchased four of these chairs. Its very easy to put together. It looks nice, home feeling and professional looking all the the same time. We all agree that when sitting in the chair, it's not something your back sinks into nor provides that cradling feeling. The cushion of the chair (part you sit on) is very padded, cushioned and you do sink into it.Regardless, we kept all four chairs because it served the purpose of having somewhere to sit in for a short while. I suppose you could place a thin pillow or back support on if you really need the back part cushioned but this isn't the chair you buy if you want that sink in a chair, envelope me in feeling.

The chair is really nice looking and comfortable enough, but the legs were tricky to attach because of improper placement of the nut in the base of the chair,. we did finally manage to get them attached, but the ottoman is a different story., We could only attach one leg to the ottoman, We'll need to buy some other kind of hardware to attach to the legs and then screw that metal plate to the bottom of the ottoman. do you suppose that we can ask for a partial refund for the cost of providing our own hardware?

Beautiful sturdy chair but not very tall in the back. I mostly paid attwntion to the width because of the corner I was placing it but overall the height of back is shorter than I would have preferred. Seating is a bit hard. Getting better with use but atill very firm.

A little smaller than expected but it does look great in my living room. Purchased a floor lamp that looks great behind this chair.

Really nice! I bought the beige to match my couch and it’s just barely lighter. It is a bit stiff and the stitching isn’t perfect in some areas, but overall a great accent chair.

Omg..am i glad i got this chair n ottoman set..its gorgeous..great price..easy assembly n can hold alot of weight for any unexpected guest..solid built..love it so much i ordered a second chair n ottoman set..i got the beige n its beautiful shade ...very very happy..its firm n fabulous!!!highly recommend!!!!!

We put the felt furniture pads on the legs since the room has hardwood floor. Between that and how lightweight these pieces are, they slide around the room very easily. Not unexpected. Comfortable and cute, but keep that in mind.

Wow I love this chair! I was concerned the back wouldn’t be comfortable after reading some of the reviews but it is. The back is firm and the cushions are very soft and comfy. So happy with it. It is easy to assemble and exactly as described. Delivery was fast also.
