Am I able to purchase a replacent faucet? It is no longer working after replacing the batteries.

I have seen the faucet sold separately. When I got mine I saw it had a 3 month warranty. Try reaching out to the seller.

See if the batteries may have gotten wet or simply run out of power and need replacing. The instructions do caution against running the sink for long periods of time. Make sure the water is at the correct level. Hope this helps.

Steam does not work. At all. Followed directions perfectly. Any tips??

Get your money back while you can. Even if it did work it only last a few times becasue water gets into battery area because no one thought to make a water toy water proof..doh
