I purchased these bands because I was going out of town for 2 weeks and needed them to keep exercising while I was away. Let me tell you, these bands were a life saver. I got a great workout while I was on the road and the resistance on the was great. I was able to stack the bands for increased resistance and with the additional accessories I was able to attach them to a door. Highly recommend.

These resistance bands work exactly as described, and the stackable weight resistance up to 150 pounds is a nice feature for more compound exercises. Can't beat these for the price, especially if you can't afford more expensive equipment or if you travel often. I'll be sure to update the review in 6 months to speak further regarding the durability of the bands.

This is a high quality set of bands and will work for anyone needing a little extra help stretching out those sore achy muscles after a workout and stiff ones for before the workout. You can also use them to build upon the strength you have and as a portable gym on the go. We use them to stretch out before deadlifts and squats. Also to help strengthen those knees and hips.

It can carry out all the things needed for the whole body exercise. In my exercise process, they really can support well, with good quality and excellent resistance. It has anti perspiration and anti-skid handle. It can exercise most muscles of the whole body to meet my needs. It's very satisfied with shopping.

I love these bands! They are perfect for at home workouts and I also use them for stretching my legs before a run. I like how it came with handles to attach to the bands so that you can use them for many different workouts and positions. Definitely would recommend trying these out, they are a lifesaver when you need a workout but the gym is closed.

These are great replacements to my silicon bands since they don’t slip. They stay put during workouts and the resistance is much better. They don’t slip up and down, or completely twist up when doing legs workout like the other bands I have. I’ve really enjoyed these and have not even touched my other bands since I got these.

I've never used resistance bands before as I go to the gym 4 days a week. But with the pandemic going on, I decided to buy these to do some workouts at home. I've been using these the past couple days and I'm loving them so far. Takes some getting use to, but easy to use. They arrived extremely fast and the quality seems great. Not cheaply made at all. Great buy and affordable!

These resistance Bands are very good quality. They are labelled 10lbs - 50lbs. They can be combined to 150lbs. You can get a full body weight training with these.I am doing a workout challenge and they are definitely better than expected

These are great! Gyms are closed and these are giving me great workouts for leg day push day and pull day! Ankle straps aren’t the best but I have my own (peach bands) so this wasn’t an issue for me personally. The clips aren’t the best quality but they do the trick- I mean it was $35! Also you could easily replace them if necessary. My boyfriend who lifts heavy usually also loved them and got a good pump on!

Pefect products! No flaws. Every band is in perfect shape, solid product. Good resistance, i hightly recommand it. You can have your own gym with all the material in the box.
