Tranquilogy Adult Coloring Books: Calming Animal & Nature Designs for Stress Relief, Inspiration, and Happiness

This is a superb, high quality adult coloring book that I am so pleased I bought. It is a gift for a friend with severe depression currently in hospital and they use coloring and other art/craft activities to help deal with emotions, relieve stress and mediate depression among other positives. Even if it gives a person only a small break from a daily stress or struggle, it is worth it.The inspirational quotes also included on each reverse page of this book are wonderful. These too, have been shown to help people find some light at the end of their sometimes very dark tunnel. These type of quotes can be very cathartic and motivational.This book contains a myriad of beautiful and serene pictures, and is on quite thick, quality paper. As others have mentioned, if the pages were perforated it would be a real bonus.Tranquilogy is a book I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape today's technologically filled world for awhile, and find their creative streak while reaping the benefits of a unique and fun way to unwind :)

I recently purchased 30 Tranquilogy colouring books and have never been more pleased with my purchase. The name is what enticed me to buy it in the first place - original, soothing and calming. I have seen many other adult colouring books on the market but none compare to the quality and innovativeness of this book! The author has obviously taken time to put together a thoughtful, inspiring and energizing outlet for people to vent their emotions through. When I bought my first two adult coloring books I went with this one and one other. Although the pages are not perforated, I still really like this book. There is a quote on one page (the left side) and a picture on the other page (the right side). Not only have I enjoyed coloring the various pictures, I have loved all the quotes. For me, this is the book I like to color in when I want a more relaxing page to color, or maybe something to color when I need a little pick-me-up.

An adult coloring book which stands above the rest in quality and content. The book contains a mix of themes and is an easy way to "destress, detox, and design" as Lifestyle Dezign says. Love the quotes attached to each drawing - makes for a more inspiring experience. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an awesome coloring book!

Love this coloring book. The variety of pictures are great and fun to color. I have been using gel pens to color with so far and really enjoying the variety of pictures in this great book.

Neat designs

A great book for my hard to buy for 15 year old niece. She absolutely loves it!
